STEP ONE: The Discovery Call
- We start things off with a 30-45 minute phone call in order to get to know you and your business
- We will ask some simple questions to get a good understanding of your business model and it’s needs
- You are more than welcome and encouraged to ask us any questions also!

STEP TWO: The Consultation
- The Consultation allows us to dig a little deeper in order to gain a more thorough understanding of your business’ needs, financial health and current bookkeeping status
- We will ask you to provide us with read-only access to your current bookkeeping records and most recent financial statements before the Consultation
- ***It is very important that all decision makers and employees who will work with the books be present***
- We will discuss your company’s current & future status and determine the package(s) best suited for your needs
- If you are happy with the proposal, we will move onto Step 3 – The Engagement Letter
STEP THREE: The Engagement Letter
- Once the proposal has been approved by you, we will begin preparing the Engagement Letter and send it to you within 72 hours.
- This is a written agreement between BOOST Bookkeeping Ltd. and your company. It defines, in detail, the scope of work to be performed, the responsibilities and obligations of each party, and the policies and procedures of the engagement. (it sounds more intense than it actually is, we promise!)
- We will send you an email with both the Engagement Letter and a link to schedule a call so we can both review and adjust any changes in real time.
- Once the Letter is finalized, all applicable authoritative parties will sign and we will virtually shake hands!
