Getting Started…
- If your company already uses Quickbooks Online (QBO), perfect! Simply send us an invite to share access to your file and we will begin work.
- If you are just getting started with QBO, we will handle the migration and/or setup and have your company up and running in no time.
- We will then ask you to sign in to link the QBO file with your online banking (don’t worry, we’ll walk you through this if you aren’t sure). Linking allows us to have up-to-date banking information available at all times. It also increases accuracy and completeness.
Your Part…
- Receipts, invoices, and statements will be uploaded to the cloud
- Uploading is simple, quick, and can even be done automatically!
- Snap a picture of your receipt while you’re out on the go
- Scan and upload a physical invoice or statement on your computer
- Update your email address (to one we set up), so documents are automatically sent to the cloud
- We will then categorize and link the documents within your QBO file – saving valuable time in the future should your records ever be audited!
Our Part…
- Throughout the month, we will perform all the analyzing, categorizing, matching, and reconciling processes to ensure your books are 100% accurate and complete.
- At the end of the month (within 10 days of the posted bank statement), we will provide you with your company’s three key financial statements
- the balance sheet
- the income statement
- the statement of cash flows
- If you are due for a Financial Statement Analysis session, we will also send you a link to our calendar to book your appointment at your convenience

Our Commitment to You
Our services are always guaranteed to be performed by a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB)/QBO ProAdvisor so you know your books are being looked after!
Your financial statements will be presented within 10 business days of the previous month’s end.
Our rate is determined and agreed to during the Proposal process and will never increase unless a new Proposal is signed.
Your bookkeeping records are available 24/7 through the software; your prepared financial statements will be uploaded to your unique, private cloud storage link.
